The WiFi Guardian tool is meant for users who care about security and privacy when surfing the web. By redirecting web traffic through its servers, WiFi Guardian allows you to surf the web via an encrypted connection and it hides your real IP address. You are thus safe from snoopers, safe from those who want to identify you by your IP, and free to access websites that may not be available in your country.

WiFi Guardian provides support for any Windows edition from Windows 2000 all the way up to Windows 7. To be able to run the internet traffic protection tool, a Windows-powered machine must meet the following system requirements: 266MHz processor, 32MB of RAM memory or more. Modern and even older PCs will have no problem meeting such low system requirements.

The application’s interface is divided into three panes. The Connection Management pane to the left presents all the available servers, account info, and connection info. The Connection Status window in the upper right tells you if you’re connected to the server. And the pane in the lower right displays the settings you can play with, some account info, and some info about the application (the About menu).

Using WiFi Guardian is a very simple, 2-step process:
Step 1 – launch the application and log into your account. If you don’t have an account, you can easily and quickly set up one. If you check the Remember Password box, you will be logged in automatically when you launch WiFi Guardian.
Step 2 – connect to an available server, then start surfing the web. While WiFi Guardian is running and you are connected to one of its servers, you’re surfing on a secure, encrypted connection that hides your real IP. This means no one can snoop on what you send and receive, you’re surfing the web anonymously, and you can access websites that may be blocked in your country.

WiFi Guardian is free to use for a very short trial period of 3 days.

Thanks to WiFi Guardian, you can surf the web securely and anonymously. It is a great tool for anyone who takes privacy seriously.

Pros

WiFi Guardian provides support for numerous Windows editions and for all major browsers. Creating an account is a simple task that takes little time. You will have no problems with the interface. Using the application is a very simple matter: log in, connect to a server, start surfing.

Cons

Free to use for a trial period of 3 days.
